How do I make payment for my order?

We have 3 payment options, namely credit card, PayNow or cash, to cater to your preferences and convenience. Your preferred option can be selected at the point of check out.

Does TigerBoyWong ship outside Singapore?

For TigerBoyWong enthusiasts outside of Singapore, we appreciate your support greatly. However, at this point of time we regretfully do not ship outside of Singapore.

How does TigerBoyWong ship my orders and what are the shipping fees?

We ship your orders via either SingPost's Tracked Letterbox or SpeedPost Standard service, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Orders that are of posting weight 2 kg or less and of maximum posting dimensions 324 x 229 x 65mm are shipped via Tracked Letterbox. Large orders with posting weight greater than 2 kg, but less than 30kg, are shipped via SpeedPost Standard. The maximum posting dimension for SpeedPost Standard is 600 x 400 x 300mm (max length: 1.5m; L + 2W + 2H must not exceed 3m).

The shipping fees for SingPost's Tracked Letterbox or SpeedPost Standard are $2.00 and $6.20 respectively.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Orders shipped via SingPost generally take 1 to 2 working days to reach you, excluding the day of mailing. Generally, we ship your order the next working day following the payment of your order. In total, it usually takes 2 to 3 working days for you to receive your order, upon payment.

What to do if my order does not reach me?

The Delivery Standards published on SingPost's official website states that "100% of local Mail will be delivered within 2 working day if posted by collection time". SingPost has been a reliable delivery partner for TigerBoyWong and true to its Delivery Standards, we have no incidences of lost mail. In addition, all orders shipped via SingPost's Tracked Letterbox or SpeedPost Standard service are assigned a unique tracking number and can be accounted for throughout the entire shipment.

Please do note that deliveries are undertaken by SingPost, and we regretfully are not responsible for any service failure on the part of SingPost.

May I self-collect my order?

We welcome and encourage our TigerBoyWong enthusiasts to meet up and collect their own orders. It is a good way to save a few extra dollars. We are always glad to meet our supporters and have a conversation about miniature modelling!

Self-collection is at Simei MRT. Kindly do give us advance notice of at least a day as to when it is convenient for your good self to collect. Please do leave us your WhatsApp for purposes of easy communication and coordination.
